Keepsake Christmas Family Event and Caroling Mission

Sunday Afternoon, December 17th 2:30 until...

An afternoon of family time sharing traditions, enjoying

fellowship, and creating a keepsake nativity.

Following our hour of fun at the church,

we will head out for Christmas caroling.

There will be a family photo opportunity at this event as well as guest appearances by Mary, Joseph, and an angel!

This is an event you will want to make fit into your

busy holiday schedule!

***Families must sign up by December 8th to attend this event.***

Youth helpers needed! Cookie bakers also needed!

Contact Krissy to volunteer to help with this special afternoon!

LUCAS Ministry

Loving Unconditionally Children with Autism and Special Needs

Our LUCAS Ministry serves children and youth with special needs. We have a group of trained volunteers who serve during the Sunday school and 11:00 church hour on Sunday mornings so that parents and caregivers are able to worship while their children are in good hands.

We have 2 “soft rooms” that provide a safe place for play and lessons for children of all ages. Our younger special needs classroom is on the main floor of the Educational Building adjacent to the nursery. This room is for children with special needs from age 4-2nd grade. Our older special needs classroom is downstairs in the basement of the Educational Building on the Children's Sunday school hall. This room is for children with special needs in 3rd-5th grade.

The LUCAS ministry form will equip us to be able to better serve your child. you can find it here. Please print it, complete it, and bring it with you the first time you attend.

tHE gARDEN NURSERY

The Perry UMC Nursery is open to babies 6 weeks of age through children 4 years old.

Our nursery is always open on Sunday mornings and during most church events.

We have a staff of 5 ladies in our nursery who love children and are mothers or teachers themselves.

The nursery area is divided into an infant room and a toddler room, but children are all checked in at the main entrance.

We do have a nursing room available if mothers need it.
