We will open the Family Life Center on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for anyone who would like to come and walk. No registration is required.

Men's 1st and 3rd Exercise Group
Men of all ages are invited to come and play basketball together in the Family Life Center on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month.
No experience is needed. We are done by 7 a.m.
There are showers on-site if you need to get ready after. Just bring your own towels
and bathing supplies.
Adults in Motion Exercise class
